Our leaders and staff come from diverse backgrounds with a common focus on helping our clients maximize the value of their information. Our leadership structure includes the following groups:

Executive Management Team
MicroLink has built a strong team to provide the day-to-day leadership and management of the company.  The opportunity to work with an industry leader in a cutting-edge technology field has drawn seasoned professionals from across key functional areas such as professional services delivery, sales, strategy, HR and Finance.

Delivery Leadership Team
MicroLink has organized its delivery activities into four practices: Information Governance, Information Discovery, Information Management-DC, and Information Management-Virginia Beach.  A Practice Manager with extensive technical consulting experience leads each of these teams.

Advisory Board
Our Advisory Board acts as a liaison with Autonomy, an HP company, to ensure compliance with Federal Regulations. These distinguished professionals also provide ongoing guidance to our Executive Management Team.
