Medical:  MicroLink offers a choice of two medical benefit plans to meet the needs of our employees and their families.  These are PPO plans offered through United Healthcare.  Both plans include a prescription drug plan and a vision plan.  MicroLink pays for a portion of the premium.  Full time employees are eligible on the first of the month after the date they start.

Dental:  Full time employees are eligible to receive dental coverage through United Concordia.  Employees are eligible on the first of the month after the date they start.

401(k) Plan:  MicroLink’s 401(k) plan is administered by ING Financial.  Employees can elect to contribute a portion of their salary, not to exceed the annual IRS maximum.  MicroLink offers an employee match equal to half of the employees contribution up to 4%.  Employees are vested 100% after a six month waiting period.

Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP): 

Eligible employees with MicroLink can participate in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).  The ESPP gives eligible employees the opportunity to purchase HP shares at a 5% discount by making regular contributions of up to 10% of eligible earnings through payroll. Shares are purchased at the end of each six-month period.

Paid Time Off and Holiday Leave:  MicroLink offers full time employees Paid  Time off (PTO) plan to be used at the employee’s discretion.  PTO is accrued each pay period at a rate that is determined by the length of time an employee has been working at MicroLink.  Employees accrue 15 days of PTO in their first year.

MicroLink also offers 9 paid holidays per year.

Tuition Reimbursement and Certification: 

MicroLink offers tuition assistance to employees to promote employee education and career growth.  The employee Tuition Assistance Program has been developed to help employees continue their career development.

Additionally, we offer technical certification, including technical certification preparation and study guides, in our core business areas. MicroLink also offers continuing education courses on the latest releases of application software and the most current methods and technologies.
