Both long and short term disability is offered to eligible employees. The coverage provides tax-free income if an employee becomes disabled as well as partial disability benefits if an employee returns to work on a part-time basis and portability if an employee terminates employment and has been covered under the plan for 12 months.

Paid time off may be used for vacation, sick or personal reasons. Paid time off is accrued on a biweekly basis at a rate determined by the employee’s length of service at MicroLink. How employees utilize their paid time off is at their discretion.

MicroLink employees receive a total of nine (9) holidays per calendar year. MicroLink designates seven (7) holidays as mandatory with the remaining two (2) days listed as discretionary. The annual holiday schedule lists both the mandatory holidays along with discretionary holidays from which employees can choose.
